Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotai Junan," "Guotai Junan Securities," or "the Sponsor") accepts the commission from Anhui Zhongfu Yuanchuang Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongfu Technology," "the Company," or "the Issuer") to act as the sponsor for the Company's issuance of stocks to specific objects (hereinafter referred to as "this issuance"). Lu Tingting and Huang Kunzhen are designated as the responsible sponsoring representatives for this issuance. The Sponsor and the sponsoring representatives have issued the listing sponsorship letter in strict accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Management Measures for the Sponsorship of Securities Issuance and Listing, the Registration Management Measures for Securities Issuance by Listed Companies, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext Listing Rules, and other relevant laws, regulations, and provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE), ensuring that the documents provided are true, accurate, and complete.
