Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. on the Issuance Sponsorship Letter for Anhui Zhongfu Yuanchuang Technology Group Co., Ltd.'s Specific Object Stock Issuance on the ChiNext Board

Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guotai Junan" or "the Sponsor") has accepted the commission from Anhui Zhongfu Yuanchuang Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongfu Technology" or "the Issuer") to act as the sponsor for the Issuer's stock issuance to specific investors and listing on the ChiNext Board (hereinafter referred to as "the Project"). Lu Tingting and Huang Kunzhen are designated as the responsible sponsoring representatives. This letter is hereby issued to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE").

The Sponsor and designated sponsoring representatives have conducted the issuance sponsorship in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Company Law"), the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Securities Law"), and relevant laws, regulations, and provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") and SZSE, ensuring honesty, diligence, and compliance with business rules, industry standards, and ethical guidelines. They guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the documents provided.

Unless otherwise specified, the terms used in this issuance sponsorship letter have the same meanings as those in the "Prospectus for the Stock Issuance to Specific Investors of Anhui Zhongfu Yuanchuang Technology Group Co., Ltd."
