(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 8th extraordinary meeting of the fourth Board of Directors, which reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Proposed Bidding for Part of the Equity of Shenzhen Huole Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Related Party Transaction." The Company agreed to use its own funds or self-raised funds to participate in the bidding for 13.6207% of the equity (a capital contribution of 672.753 million RMB) of Shenzhen Huole Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huole Technology") held by Hu Zhenyu.
