I. Board Meeting Situation
On April 28, 2026, Shandong Shuangyi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the twelfth temporary meeting of the fourth Board of Directors, where the proposal on the appointment of senior management personnel was reviewed and approved.
To implement the Company's development philosophy of "Quality as the Root, Craftsmanship as the Soul," and upon the nomination by General Manager Ms. Yao Jianmei, the Nomination Committee of the Board conducted a qualification review and approved the appointment of Mr. Zhao Dongyong (resume attached) as Deputy General Manager of the Company. His term will commence from the date of approval by the twelfth temporary meeting of the fourth Board of Directors until the end of the current board's term.
