- As of the date of this announcement, Shenzhen Chengtian Weiye Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has a total share capital of 115,600,000 shares. The number of shares in the repurchase special securities account is 1,005,070 shares, which do not enjoy rights to profit distribution. Therefore, the actual share capital participating in the equity distribution is 114,594,930 shares, calculated as the total share capital of 115,600,000 shares minus the shares in the repurchase special securities account.
- The cash dividend per 10 shares is calculated as follows: Total cash dividend amount = RMB 5,156,771.85 ÷ Total share capital (including shares in the repurchase account) × 10 shares = RMB 0.446087, meaning the cash dividend per share is RMB 0.0446087. The reference price for ex-dividend is the closing price on the trading day before the ex-dividend date minus the cash dividend per share (including tax).
