The total amount of daily related transactions between the company and its subsidiaries with related parties, including Le Sheng Bo Er Electric (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Le Sheng Bo Er"), Zhejiang Hangbo Electric Drive Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hangbo Electric Drive"), Shandong Yihua Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shandong Yihua"), Guangdong Zhuhai Yihua New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Zhuhai Fast New Energy Vehicle Co., Ltd., hereinafter referred to as "Yihua New Energy"), and Hangzhou Yufeng Technology Co., Ltd.
