Independent Director's 2025 Annual Work Report (Wu Gang)
Dear shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), I have diligently performed my duties in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, and the Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 2 - Standardized Operations of Growth Enterprise Market Listed Companies, as well as the Company's Articles of Association and the Independent Director Work System. I have objectively, fairly, and prudently expressed my views on significant matters of the Company, supervised its standardized operations, and effectively safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and all shareholders, especially minority shareholders. The main work report for 2025 is as follows:
I. Basic Information of the Independent Director
(1) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions
I, Wu Gang, born in April 1985, am a member of the Communist Party of China, a Chinese national, and do not hold permanent residency abroad. I hold a Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Hunan University and am a professor at the International Business School of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics. I have served as a member of the Party Committee of the International Business School, Secretary of the first Party branch of the faculty (the first "National Model Party Branch" recognized by the Ministry of Education), and Deputy Director of the MIB Education and Service Center. I currently serve as the Deputy Dean of the Graduate School of Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, Deputy Secretary of the faculty Party branch, and hold concurrent positions as a council member of the China Society of Degree and Graduate Education and a council member of the Sichuan Society of Degree and Graduate Education, as well as a member of the Expert Committee of the Sichuan Provincial Committee of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (Sichuan International Chamber of Commerce). I am also an independent director of the Institute of Computing Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.
