Yingke Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and all members of the Board of Directors guarantee that the content of this announcement is true, accurate, and complete, with no false records, misleading statements, or significant omissions.

On April 23, 2026, and May 18, 2026, the Company convened the 14th (regular) meeting of the fourth Board of Directors and the 2025 Annual General Meeting, respectively, to review and approve the proposal regarding the Company and its subsidiaries applying for credit limits and guarantees from banks. To meet the operational needs of the Company and its subsidiaries, the Company and its subsidiaries plan to apply for a total credit limit (hereinafter referred to as "Credit Limit") not exceeding RMB 29.95 billion from banks and other financial institutions, with a total guarantee amount not exceeding RMB 29.95 billion. The authorization period is from the date of approval by the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting until the next Annual General Meeting is held. 1. Overview of the Guarantee

Anqing Yingke Medical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Anqing Yingke") has applied for a credit limit from the Hefei Branch of China Everbright Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hefei Branch of Everbright Bank") due to operational needs. The Company provides a joint liability guarantee of RMB 10 million for the aforementioned credit and has recently signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with the Hefei Branch of Everbright Bank.
