In 2025, the company closely followed market trends, focusing on the in-depth development of core products and technologies, adhering to technological innovation, business model innovation, and management innovation. It adapted to market changes and followed the development trend. Despite possessing a large number of core technologies, the company still maintained a significant R&D investment, achieving fruitful results.
During the reporting period, the company continuously optimized its technological innovation system layout, steadily enhancing its core technological competitiveness. Multiple national and provincial qualifications and significant industry honors were obtained, providing strong support for the company's high-quality development. The company successfully passed the re-examination for National High-tech Enterprise status, won the first prize in the Changsha High-value Patent Competition, and received honors such as the "2025 China Innovation IC - Potential New Star Award," "China Core," "Excellent Market Performance Product Award," and "2025 First China AI Smart Glasses Most Potential Chip Manufacturer." Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shandong Daiwei Electronics Co., Ltd., also passed the High-tech Enterprise re-examination. Hangzhou Guoke Microelectronics Co., Ltd. was approved as a National High-tech Enterprise for the first time and was recognized as a Zhejiang Provincial Specialized, Refined, Unique, and New Small and Medium-sized Enterprise, a Hangzhou "New Force" Enterprise, and a Hangzhou Enterprise Technology Center, among other qualifications. The company continuously improved its technological innovation capabilities and level, earning multiple honors and qualifications that supported its smooth business development.
Looking back at 2025, the wave of domestic chip localization surged, and AI technology accelerated the reshaping of the industrial landscape. The company anchored its strategic direction of "ALL IN AI," deepened its core business, maintained a pragmatic and steady approach, solidified its technological foundation, and firmly secured its core business base in the rapidly changing market environment.
On the main business track, the company continued its cooperation with operators in the intelligent ultra-high-definition business. The company's fully launched GK7206V1 and GK7203V1 series of AI vision chips provide AOV with two clear technology paths: "Inclusive Black Light" and "Light Intelligence Multi-Eye," promoting the company's intelligent vision business to achieve a full matrix layout from high-end to low-end, covering diverse demands from professional security to consumer smart hardware. In collaboration with China Mobile and partners, based on its self-developed GK7206 chip, the company jointly launched a whole-house care robot in 2025, exploring new forms of smart homes. During the reporting period, the company successfully entered the AI smart glasses track. At the "China AI Smart Glasses" awards ceremony, the company was honored as the "2025 First China AI Smart Glasses Most Potential Chip Manufacturer."
Additionally, in the automotive electronics field, the company's new generation of strict automotive-grade AI vision chip GK1221V105 entered the key customer verification and adoption phase, marking its technological breakthrough beyond the first hurdle from laboratory to industrial application, officially commencing its automotive journey.
In terms of technological innovation, over the past year, the company launched its self-developed AI image processing engine (AI ISP) brand "Yuan Xiao." It achieved a generational upgrade in core technologies such as noise reduction, multispectral fusion, and anti-shake, delivering a more superior black light full-color effect and high-quality imaging, presenting the market with "colorful" black. The MLPU architecture for multimodal large language models completed its prototype system design, efficiently supporting large model inference computation while also responding to the rapid processing of traditional small models, laying the foundation for edge AI computing power.
