Announcement on Resignation of Deputy General Manager and Appointment of Senior Management Personnel

I. Resignation of Deputy General Manager
The Board of Directors of Jiangsu Daye Intelligent Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the written resignation report from Mr. Li Jin, Deputy General Manager of the Company. Mr. Li Jin has applied to resign from his position as Deputy General Manager of the Company due to personal reasons. After his resignation, Mr. Li Jin will no longer hold any positions in the Company. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Li Jin does not hold any shares in the Company. Mr. Li Jin's original term of office was scheduled to end on the expiration date of the fourth Board of Directors. He has not made any unfulfilled commitments during his tenure.
In accordance with the "Company Law," the "Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for GEM Companies," "GEM Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 2 - Standardized Operation of GEM Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, regulations, and the "Articles of Association," Mr. Li Jin's resignation report shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the Company's Board of Directors. His resignation will not have an adverse impact on the Company's daily production, operation, and management.
