Beijing BCI Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed the "Announcement on Freezing of Certain Bank Accounts" on August 10, 2026. The bank accounts of the Company and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wuxi BCI Sensing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuxi BCI"), were frozen. Recently, the Company received a civil ruling from the Daxing District People's Court of Beijing, learning the specific reasons for the freezing of bank accounts. The relevant progress is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of the Current Account Freezing
