I. Overview of Related Party Transaction

To support the business development of Beijing KeLan Software System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "KeLan Software"), the Company plans to apply for a loan quota of no more than RMB 400 million from its controlling shareholder, Mr. Wang Anjing, and his concerted party, Tai'an KeLan Shenghao Investment Service Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "KeLan Shenghao"), with interest-free terms. In accordance with the "Articles of Association" of the Company, this proposal needs to be submitted for shareholder approval. The loan quota will be valid for 12 months from the date of approval at the 2025 annual general meeting, and the loan quota can be used cyclically within the validity period.

Mr. Wang Anjing currently serves as the Chairman and General Manager of the Company and is the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the Company. According to the "Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange" and other relevant regulations, this transaction constitutes a related party transaction.
