Jiangsu Leili Electric Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the Thirteenth Meeting of the Fourth Board of Directors on April 28, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Re-appointing the Company's 2026 Audit Firm." Based on the recommendation of the Company's Audit Committee, it was agreed to re-appoint Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the Company's 2026 audit firm. This matter is subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders' meeting. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
