As an independent director of Zhongfu Information Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), for the year 2025, I have strictly adhered to the provisions of laws and regulations such as the "Company Law," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association," as well as the "Work System for Independent Directors." I have diligently, conscientiously, and independently performed my duties, actively attended relevant meetings, carefully reviewed meeting agendas and materials, fully exercised the role of an independent director, and strived to safeguard the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. The performance report for 2025 is as follows:
I. Basic Information
Liu Canjun, male, Chinese nationality, with no permanent overseas residency, born in 1981, holds a bachelor's degree, and is currently the Secretary-General of the Software Industry Association of Shandong Province. He does not hold any positions in the Company other than independent director, nor does he hold any positions in the principal shareholder's companies. He has no conflict of interest or other relationship with the Company and its principal shareholders that could hinder his independent and objective judgment. He meets the relevant requirements for the independence of independent directors stipulated in the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 2 - Standardized Operation of GEM Companies."
II. Overview of Annual Performance
In 2025, I actively attended the Company's board meetings, proactively obtained information and materials related to the meeting agendas, made independent and prudent judgments on the meeting proposals, and expressed clear and distinct opinions, thereby fulfilling the duties of an independent director.

(II) Participation in Board Special Committees
As the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and a member of the Strategy Committee, I actively participated in the meetings of the Company's special committees and conscientiously reviewed various proposals, expressing my opinions.
As the Chairman of the Nomination Committee, I attended two meetings of the Nomination Committee, and expressed opinions on the Company's special report on the independence of independent directors and the proposal to adjust the sixth board of directors and the company's management.
I also attended two meetings of the Strategy Committee as a member of the Strategy Committee, and reviewed proposals such as the Company's "Strategic Development Plan," "2024 Annual Board of Directors Report," "2024 Annual Report," "2024 Annual General Manager's Work Report," and the proposal to authorize the board of directors to handle small and medium-sized financing matters, and expressed my opinions.
