Special Audit Report on Revenue Deductions for Zhongfu Information in 2025
To all shareholders of Zhongfu Information Co., Ltd.:
We have been entrusted to audit the financial statements of Zhongfu Information Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Zhongfu Information) for the year 2025 in accordance with the auditing standards for Chinese certified public accountants, and issued an unqualified audit report (Rongcheng Audit Report [2026] No. 100Z2228) on March 30, 2026. Based on this, we have audited the attached "Revenue Deductions Table for Zhongfu Information Co., Ltd. for the Year 2025" (hereinafter referred to as the Revenue Deductions Table) prepared by the management of Zhongfu Information.
The preparation of the Revenue Deductions Table is the responsibility of the management of Zhongfu Information, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules" and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 - Business Handling." This responsibility includes ensuring that its content is true, accurate, and complete, and that there are no false records, misleading statements, or significant omissions. Our responsibility is to express a special audit opinion on the Revenue Deductions Table prepared by the management of Zhongfu Information based on our audit work.
