I, Wang Hui, born in May 1964, of Chinese nationality with no foreign residency rights, hold a master's degree. I have previously served as Deputy Director of the Finance Department at Shandong Livestock Import and Export Company, Head of the Finance Department at Qingdao Zhongtu Xuhua Import and Export Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager at Qingdao Neusoft Computer Technology Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board at Qingdao Neusoft Carrier Technology Co., Ltd. I currently serve as a director at Shanghai Jinyue Private Equity Management Co., Ltd., and as an independent director at Qingdao Gaomei Technology Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Hairong Commercial Cold Chain Co., Ltd.
