I, Song Xiliang, born in 1965, hold a PhD in Management and am a professor of Accounting at Shandong University of Finance and Economics. I have served as an independent director for several companies and currently hold positions as an independent director for Shandong Development Investment Group, Shenzhen Donghua Group, Zibo Haos Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and Shandong Environmental Science Research Institute Co., Ltd.

During my tenure as an independent director, I have not held any position other than that of independent director in the company or its major shareholders. There are no relationships that could impede my independent judgment, and I meet the independence requirements set forth in relevant laws and regulations.
