Hangzhou Garden Design Institute Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the "Notice of Response" (2026) Supreme Law Civil Application No. 984 from the Supreme People's Court. The Qionghai Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau, dissatisfied with the civil judgment (2025) Qiong Civil Final No. 95 of the Hainan Provincial Higher People's Court in a construction engineering contract dispute case with the Company, applied for a retrial to the Supreme People's Court, which has now accepted the case for review.
