Letter of Commitment Regarding the Authenticity, Accuracy, and Completeness of Provided Information
Shenzhen Fibocom Wireless Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "Listed Company" or "Fibocom") intends to acquire a controlling stake in Shenzhen Hangsheng Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Target Company" or "Hangsheng Electronics") through a cash payment (hereinafter referred to as the "Transaction"). Upon completion of the Transaction, Fibocom will become the controlling shareholder of Hangsheng Electronics, and the actual controller of Hangsheng Electronics will be changed to Zhang Tianyu.
As the counterparty to the Transaction, I/my enterprise/my company hereby make the following commitments regarding all relevant information provided for this Transaction:

All information, documents, and materials provided by me/my enterprise/my company during the course of this Transaction are authentic, accurate, and complete. I guarantee that there are no false records, misleading statements, or material omissions, and I assume legal responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the information, documents, and materials provided.

I/my enterprise/my company will submit the information, documents, and materials required for this Transaction in a timely manner. I also guarantee that the provided paper and electronic versions are authentic, complete, and reliable, and that any copies or duplicates are consistent with the originals. All signatures and seals on such documents are authentic and valid, and the signatories of such documents have been legally authorized and have effectively signed such documents. I guarantee that the information and documents provided are authentic, accurate, and complete.

During the period of this Transaction, I/my enterprise/my company will, in accordance with relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, normative documents, and the relevant provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, timely disclose information, documents, and materials related to this Transaction. I guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of such information, documents, and materials, and that there are no false records, misleading statements, or material omissions. If any losses are caused to Fibocom or investors due to false records, misleading statements, or material omissions in the provided information, I will assume liability for compensation in accordance with the law.

If this Transaction is subject to investigation by judicial authorities or the China Securities Regulatory Commission due to suspected false records, misleading statements, or material omissions in the information provided or disclosed, I/my enterprise/my company will suspend the transfer of shares held in the Listed Company (if any) until the conclusion of the investigation.

This letter of commitment shall remain in effect from the date of signing by me/my enterprise/my company and shall constitute a valid, legal, and binding commitment on me/my enterprise/my company.

(hereinafter referred to as the "Target Company" or "Hangsheng Electronics") through cash payment (hereinafter referred to as the "Transaction"). Upon completion of the Transaction, Fibocom will become the controlling shareholder of Hangsheng Electronics, and the actual controller of Hangsheng Electronics will be changed to Zhang Tianyu.
