In 2025, the Board of Directors of Shenzhen Mindray Bio-Medical Electronics Co., Ltd. I. Overview of the Company's Overall Business Performance During the Reporting Period
In 2025, domestic demand for medical terminals began to recover, and medical equipment tenders generally increased. The domestic中标 (bid winning) amount for all of the Company's product lines reached a historical high. The Company's market position in ultrasound, endoscopy, surgery, and IVUS in their respective segments is among the top in the country. The Company's multi-product line development strategy is gradually entering a harvest period, and the Company's overall business momentum continues to improve. During the reporting period, the Company achieved operating revenue of 2.309 billion yuan, an increase of 14.65% year-on-year; and realized a net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 197 million yuan, an increase of 38.54% year-on-year. (I) R&D Management and Technological Achievements
In the field of ultrasound, in 2025, the Company fully upgraded the high-end full-body machine S80 and the high-end obstetrics and gynecology machine P80 series. These series of products are based on the intelligent engine C-Field+ technology platform, integrating over 20 advanced technologies such as super-resolution contrast imaging, speed imaging, intelligent sensors, automatic recognition and measurement, and multi-modal image automatic registration and fusion. The upgraded S80 series has significantly improved clinical recognition. During the reporting period, the Company successfully released the "Sound Analysis Big Model" technology and completed the clinical validation of the sixth-generation artificial intelligence (AI) prenatal ultrasound screening technology—"Phoenix Eye S-Fetus 6.0," representing further progress in the Company's "Equipment + AI" product development strategy. The Company's new generation of laparoscopic probes successfully obtained Class III registration. Combined with the latest ultrasound platform, it has been recognized by many experts in clinical trials, and its overall performance has surpassed that of similar imported products. Based on the X11/E11 series, combined with the latest 4K hardware platform for combined ultrasound applications, the market response has been positive, receiving a large amount of positive market feedback.
