I. Changes in Chief Financial Officer
Shanghai Huace Navigation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Gao Zhanwu, the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gao Zhanwu has applied to resign from his position as Chief Financial Officer due to internal work adjustments. He will continue to serve the Company after his resignation. Mr. Gao Zhanwu has completed the handover of his duties as Chief Financial Officer in accordance with relevant company regulations. His resignation will not affect the normal operation of the Company's relevant work. The resignation report shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Gao Zhanwu directly holds 210,546 shares of the Company, accounting for 0.0268% of the Company's total share capital.
