(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has compiled statistics on the litigation and arbitration matters involving the Company and its wholly-owned and holding subsidiaries within the twelve months preceding the date of this announcement, in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules." The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of Accumulated Litigation and Arbitration Matters
In accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules," the Company calculates litigation and arbitration matters on a cumulative basis over a twelve-month period. Cases that have reached the threshold for major litigation and arbitration disclosure are included. Matters for which disclosure obligations have already been fulfilled in accordance with relevant regulations are not included in the cumulative calculation.
