I. Basic Situation of Accumulated Litigation and Arbitration Matters
In accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules," the Company calculates litigation and arbitration matters on a cumulative twelve-month basis. Cases that have reached the threshold for major litigation or arbitration disclosure and have already fulfilled disclosure obligations according to relevant regulations are not included in the cumulative calculation.
