I, Zhang Zhanping, born in 1982, of Chinese nationality, with no permanent residency abroad, hold a Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from East China University of Political Science and Law and an EMBA from Shanghai Jiao Tong University Antai College of Economics and Management. I have served as a judge at the People's Court of Yangpu District, Shanghai, and am currently an honorary senior partner at Shanghai Yingdong Law Firm and an independent director of Delixi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. I have been an independent director at Fuhan Micro since May 2021. -

During my tenure as an independent director, I have not held any position other than that of independent director within the company or its major shareholders. There are no relationships that hinder my ability to make independent and objective judgments, and I meet the independence requirements set forth in relevant laws and regulations.
