Announcement Regarding Resignation of Board Secretary and Chief Financial Officer and Appointment of Chief Financial Officer

I. Resignation of Board Secretary and Chief Financial Officer
The Board of Directors of Beijing Starch Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the resignation report from Mr. Xian Haifeng, the Company's Board Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Xian Haifeng has applied to resign from his positions as Board Secretary and Chief Financial Officer. He will continue to be employed by the Company after his resignation. In accordance with relevant regulations, Mr. Xian Haifeng's resignation report shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Xian Haifeng will complete the handover of work in accordance with the Company's relevant systems. His resignation will not affect the normal operation of the Company's Board of Directors or its daily operational management.
