(1) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
Huaxing Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) originated from Fujian Huaxing Accounting Firm, established in 1981 and affiliated with the Fujian Provincial Finance Department. In December 1998, it decoupled from the original supervising unit and restructured into Fujian Huaxing Limited Liability Accounting Firm. In January 2009, it was renamed Fujian Huaxing Accounting Firm Co., Ltd. In December 2013, it transitioned to Huaxing Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership). In July 2019, it was renamed Huaxing Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership). Huaxing Firm possesses qualifications for auditing securities and futures-related businesses and has the capability and experience to provide audit services for listed companies. As of the end of 2025, Huaxing Firm has 73 partners and 332 certified public accountants, of which 185 have signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
(2) Procedures for Appointing the Accounting Firm
On April 21, 2025, the company held the second meeting of the fifth Audit Committee and the third meeting of the fifth Board of Directors, where the proposal for reappointing the accounting firm was reviewed and approved. This proposal was subsequently approved at the company's 2024 annual general meeting.
