I. Situation of the Board Secretary No Longer Holding the Position of Chief Financial Officer
According to the "Supervision Regulations for Listed Company Board Secretaries" issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and other relevant regulations, and as resolved at the first meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors of Wuxi Best Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held on June 30, 2026, Mr. Chen Bin, the Company's Board Secretary, will no longer concurrently serve as the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Chen Bin will continue to serve as the Company's Deputy General Manager and Board Secretary.
