I. Meeting Information

1. The notice of the 27th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors of Beijing Digital Certification Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was sent to all directors via email on March 17, 2026.
2. The meeting was held on March 30, 2026, in the first conference room on the 16th floor of the Company, combining in-person and remote attendance.
3. A total of 9 directors were required to attend, and all 9 directors attended, with independent director Zhang Zhenfeng participating remotely.
4. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Lin Xueyan, the chairman. Some senior management personnel attended the meeting.
5. The convening, holding, and voting procedures of the meeting complied with the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China and the Articles of Association of Beijing Digital Certification Co., Ltd.
