Shenzhen Taicheng Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 16th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors on August 13, 2026, which reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Proposed Acquisition of Land Use Rights and Investment in Construction Project." The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:
I. Investment Overview
In accordance with its strategic development plan, the Company intends to acquire land use rights and invest in a construction project. The total investment for this project is planned to be approximately RMB 720 million (including land acquisition costs, construction costs, equipment procurement costs, and project working capital; the actual investment amount shall prevail). The Company will participate in the bidding for a 1.72-hectare plot of land and invest in the construction project.
