Hello! As the independent director of Shenzhen Xinyuan Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), I have prepared this report in accordance with the Company Law, Securities Law, Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 2 for the standardized operation of GEM-listed companies, as well as the provisions and requirements of the Company’s Articles of Association. In my work during 2025, I adhered to the principles of objectivity, fairness, and independence, diligently fulfilling my responsibilities by actively attending relevant meetings held by the Company in 2025, carefully reviewing various proposals from the board of directors, expressing independent opinions on significant matters, and effectively safeguarding the interests of the Company and its shareholders, especially minority shareholders. Below is my report on my performance during my term in 2025:
I. Basic Information
I am Sun Zhenzhen, female, of Chinese nationality, with no permanent residency abroad. I obtained a bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering and Technology from Wuhan University of Engineering in 2008, a master's degree in Material Processing from Chongqing University of Technology in 2011, and an intermediate title in Polymer Engineering in 2014, followed by a senior engineer title in 2020. From 2011 to 2013, I worked in the R&D department of Shenzhen Guanghua Weiye Co., Ltd., from 2013 to 2015 at Hubei Guanghe Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and since 2015, I have been with the Shenzhen Polymer Industry Association's Technical Department. Currently, I serve as a review expert for the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission, a standards expert for the Shenzhen Market Supervision Bureau, and the deputy secretary-general of the Shenzhen Polymer Industry Association. I have been an independent director of the Company since December 2023. During the reporting period, I met the independence requirements for independent directors as stipulated in the Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 2 for GEM-listed companies, and there were no circumstances affecting my independence.

In 2025, as the independent director of the Company, I personally attended or participated in the aforementioned board meetings via communication voting, faithfully fulfilling my duties as an independent director, carefully reviewing relevant proposal materials, and voting in favor of all proposals discussed at the board meetings without any absences.
