Special Opinion of the Board of Directors on the Independence of Independent Directors
According to the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies" and "Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 2 for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange - Standardized Operations of GEM Listed Companies," independent directors are required to conduct an annual self-assessment of their independence and submit the results to the Board of Directors. The Board must evaluate the independence of the serving independent directors annually and issue a special opinion, which will be disclosed alongside the annual report.
