The Company's 2025 annual equity distribution plan was approved by the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting held on May 19, 2026. The specific plan is as follows: Based on the total share capital on the equity registration date for the 2025 equity distribution, the Company plans to distribute a cash dividend of RMB 2.5 (tax inclusive) per 10 shares to all shareholders. There will be no capital accumulation shares, no bonus shares, and undistributed profits will be carried forward to subsequent years.
