Announcement on Proposed Change of Directors

I. Director Resignation
Guangdong Lifesense Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Liang Huaquan, a director of the fifth board of directors. Mr. Liang Huaquan is resigning from his position as a director of the Company due to personal career planning, and is simultaneously resigning from his positions as a member of the specialized committees of the Board of Directors. After his resignation, Mr. Liang Huaquan will no longer hold any positions in the Company or its subsidiaries.
The original term of office for Mr. Liang Huaquan was scheduled to expire on June 8, 2028, the expiration date of the fifth board of directors. To ensure the completeness and continuity of the Board of Directors' work, Mr. Liang Huaquan will continue to perform his duties as a director and member of relevant specialized committees until new directors are elected. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Liang Huaquan does not hold any shares in the Company.
Mr. Liang Huaquan's resignation will not affect the orderly progress of the Company's daily operations. He has no outstanding public commitments that he has failed to fulfill and has completed the work handover in accordance with relevant regulations.
