Report of the Audit Committee on the Performance of the Accounting Firm in 2025 and Fulfillment of Supervisory Responsibilities
In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association" and "Audit Committee Work Rules" of Beijing Wanji Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, with a principle of diligence and responsibility, has conscientiously performed its duties. The following is a report on the Audit Committee's evaluation of the accounting firm's performance in 2025 and its fulfillment of supervisory responsibilities:

(I) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
Xinyong Zhonghe Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyong Zhonghe") was established on March 2, 2012. Its registered address is 8th Floor, Fu Hua Building, 8 Chaoyangmen North Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. As of December 31, 2024, Xinyong Zhonghe had 259 partners (shareholders) and 1,780 certified public accountants. The number of certified public accountants who have signed audit reports for securities service businesses exceeds 700.
