Pursuant to the "Lawyer's Service Agreement" signed between our firm and Changxin Bochuang Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), our firm has been entrusted by the Company to, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 2 - Norms for the Operation of Listed Companies on the ChiNext Market" (hereinafter referred to as "Regulatory Guide No. 2"), and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and other normative documents, issue this legal opinion regarding the relevant matters involved in the signing of a major contract by the Company's holding subsidiary, Changxin Sheng (Wuhan) Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Changxin Sheng Wuhan").
In issuing this legal opinion, the lawyers of our firm make the following declarations:
- The Company has guaranteed to our firm that all documents, materials, statements, and explanations provided by the Company to our firm are complete, true, and valid, and that all facts and documents that could affect this legal opinion have been disclosed to our firm without any concealment or material omission; all signatures and seals on the documents provided by the Company are genuine, and the copies or faxes of the documents are consistent with the originals;
