1. Response to the Inquiry Letter
On May 14, 2026, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange issued the "Inquiry Letter Regarding Sichuan Chuanhuan Technology Co., Ltd.'s Application to Issue Stocks to Specific Objects" (Inquiry Letter [2026] No. 020041) (hereinafter referred to as "Inquiry Letter"). Sichuan Chuanhuan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chuanhuan Technology," "the issuer," or "the company") has, together with the sponsor CITIC Jianchao Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CITIC Jianchao" or "the sponsor"), the issuer's lawyer Beijing King & Wood Mallesons (hereinafter referred to as "King & Wood" or "the issuer's lawyer"), and the reporting accountant Shinewing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shinewing" or "the reporting accountant"), discussed, verified, and implemented the issues raised in the Inquiry Letter diligently and in good faith, providing responses accordingly.
