Henan Project Technical Services Procurement (Second Round)" project led by Hubei Xingzhu New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. The consortium has officially received a Letter of Acceptance from Hubei Shulian Bidding Consulting Co., Ltd., and has been determined as the winning bidder.
