Independent Director's Work Report for 2025
I, Mao Rui, as the independent director of Shenzhen Today International Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Today International"), have strictly performed my duties in accordance with the Company Law, Securities Law, Guidelines for the Governance of Listed Companies, Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 2 for the standardized operation of GEM-listed companies, as well as the Company’s Articles of Association and the Working Rules for Independent Directors. I have acted independently, free from the influence of major shareholders, actual controllers, or any related parties, fully exercising the role of an independent director to supervise the Company's standardized operations and protect the overall interests of shareholders. Below is my performance report for 2025:
I. Basic Information
I, Mao Rui, male, born in 1975, Chinese nationality, without foreign residency rights, hold a doctoral degree, and am a special scholar under the Changjiang Scholars Program of the Ministry of Education, a distinguished professor at Shenzhen University, and a doctoral supervisor. From August 2007 to April 2010, I served as a senior technician at Oracle Corporation in the United States. Since April 2010, I have been a faculty member at the School of Computer and Software at Shenzhen University. Since February 2019, I have been the legal representative and executive dean of the Shenzhen Institute of Computing Science. Since August 2020, I have served as an independent director of Dreamland Technology Holdings Limited (HK:01119). Since September 2023, I have been the chairman of Jiangsu Liushuge Technology Co., Ltd. I am recognized as a high-level professional talent in Shenzhen and a high-level overseas talent under the "Peacock Plan." I have served as an independent director of the Company since April 2023. During my term in 2025, I have met the independence requirements stipulated in the Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, with no circumstances affecting my independence.
II. Annual Performance Overview
(A) Attendance at Board and Shareholder Meetings
During my term in 2025, I actively participated in all board and shareholder meetings held by the Company, diligently reviewing meeting proposals and related materials, engaging in discussions, and providing reasonable suggestions to facilitate correct and scientific decision-making by the board. The convening of the board and shareholder meetings in 2025 complied with legal procedures, and all significant operational decisions and other major matters followed the relevant approval processes. My attendance at meetings is as follows:

Note: I personally attended the board and shareholder meetings either in person or via communication methods, voting in favor of all proposals reviewed at the board meetings and raising no objections to any matters. I did not attend the annual shareholder meeting held on June 27, 2025, due to a scheduling conflict, but I submitted a written leave request to the Company prior to the meeting, clearly stating that I had no objections to the matters discussed.
(B) Participation in Board Committees and Independent Director Meetings

As a member of the Strategic Committee of the fifth board, I have actively researched macroeconomic changes since my appointment, maintaining regular communication with the management regarding the Company’s recent development strategies and major investment decisions, fulfilling my responsibilities and obligations as a member of the Strategic Committee. In 2025, the Strategic Committee held five meetings, which I personally attended, voting in favor of the reviewed strategic plans, external investments, and land use rights acquisition matters.
