As an independent director of Happiness Blue Ocean Film and Television Culture Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), I have strictly adhered to the relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, including the Company Law, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules, and the Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, as well as the Company's Articles of Association and the Independent Director Work System. During this year's work, I faithfully fulfilled my duties as an independent director, actively attended relevant meetings, and provided objective, prudent, and fair prior approvals or independent opinions on significant matters of the Company, while actively safeguarding the interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of shareholders, especially minority shareholders. I hereby report on my performance of independent director duties for this year as follows:
I. Basic Information of the Independent Director
(1) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions
Leng Song: Male, born in May 1981, Chinese nationality, no permanent residence abroad. He is the Director of the Audiovisual Research Room and the Director of the Audiovisual Cultural Tourism Research Center at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a researcher, doctoral supervisor, and a leading talent in broadcasting and television. He is recognized as a "Young Top Talent" by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a council member of the China Radio and Television Social Organizations Federation, and a council member of the China Television Artists Association. He holds a PhD in Film and Television Arts from Communication University of China. He is an expert in the New Media Alliance Think Tank of the National Radio and Television Administration and the chief writer for the opening ceremonies of the Hangzhou Asian Games and the Harbin Winter Asian Games, as well as a planner and writer for various large cultural and audiovisual projects. He has served as a judge for multiple film and television awards in China. He has been serving as an independent director of the Company since July 2023.
(2) Independence Statement
During my tenure as an independent director of the Company, I have not held any position other than that of independent director within the Company, nor have I held any position in the Company's major shareholder companies. There are no relationships with the Company or major shareholders that would hinder my ability to make independent and objective judgments, and there are no circumstances affecting the independence of the independent director. I comply with the relevant requirements regarding the independence of independent directors as stipulated in the Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, the Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 2 - Normative Operations of GEM Listed Companies, and the Company's Articles of Association and Independent Director Work System.

During this term, the Company held a total of 7 board meetings and 3 shareholder meetings. As an independent director, I personally attended all board meetings held during my term, diligently fulfilling my duties and exercising my voting rights without any absences, proxies, or consecutive absences from meetings.
