In accordance with the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Code of Corporate Governance for Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules No. 2—Innovative Enterprise Board Listed Company Normative Operation," and Kunming Chuanjinlo Chemical Co., Ltd.'s (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") "Audit Committee Work Rules," and other relevant regulations and requirements, the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors has diligently and conscientiously performed its duties. The following is a report on the Audit Committee's performance of supervisory duties for the accounting firm in 2025:
I. Basic Information of the 2025 Annual Audit Accounting Firm
(I) Basic Information of the Accounting Firm
Xinyongzhonghe was established in 1986 and was successfully transformed from a limited liability company into a special general partnership in 2012. Its registered address is 8th Floor, Block A, Fuhua Building, 8 Chaoyangmen North Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing. The chief partner is Mr. Tan Xiaoqing. Xinyongzhonghe holds a practicing certificate for accounting firms issued by the Ministry of Finance. In 2010, it became one of the first accounting firms approved to engage in H-share company audit services. Before the implementation of the new Securities Law, it held securities and futures business licenses. In 2020, it completed the filing for accounting firms engaged in securities service business with the Ministry of Finance.
As of December 31, 2025, Xinyongzhonghe had 257 partners (shareholders) and 1,799 certified public accountants. The number of certified public accountants who have signed audit reports for securities service businesses exceeds 700.
