Huatu Shan Ding Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Listed Company") is controlled by its controlling shareholder Tianjin Huatu Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjin Huatu Enterprise Management"), which holds 48.01% of the Company's shares. The Company's indirectly controlling shareholder, Beijing Huatu Hongyang Education Culture Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huatu Hongyang"), holds 88.11% of the shares of the Company's controlling shareholder, Tianjin Huatu Enterprise Management. Mr. Yi Dinghong holds 92,743,624 shares of the Company's indirectly controlling shareholder, Huatu Hongyang, representing a 22.06% stake. The Company's actual controllers, Mr. Yi Dinghong and Ms. Wu Jingyu, do not directly hold shares in the Company.
