Huashan Design Co., Ltd. Report on the Evaluation of the Accounting Firm's Performance in 2025
Huashan Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby entrusts Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjian Accounting Firm") to conduct the 2025 annual performance evaluation. According to the "Securities Law," the "Administrative Measures for the Engagement of Accounting Firms by Securities Companies" and other relevant laws and regulations, and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Independent Director Practice Guidelines" and other relevant regulations, the Company has evaluated the performance of Tianjian Accounting Firm during the engagement period. The evaluation concludes that Tianjian Accounting Firm has maintained independence, diligence, and objectivity throughout the engagement, and the relevant circumstances are as follows:
I. Qualifications
Tianjian Accounting Firm was established in 1983 and is a leading domestic accounting firm with a history of over 30 years, ranking among the top ten large-scale accounting firms globally. Tianjian Accounting Firm is headquartered in Hangzhou, with its founding partner being Mr. Jianye Tian. The firm has a long history of providing securities business services, and its securities licenses are valid for the duration of the engagement. It is the first domestic accounting firm with A+H share audit qualifications and has been registered with the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
Tianjian Accounting Firm has undertaken the audit for a number of listed companies, including B shares, B shares, H shares, large-cap, mid-cap, small and micro-cap companies, and overseas-listed companies. Among its domestic clients, it serves 7,000 companies, including 756 listed companies, accounting for 13% of the total market capitalization.
