The equity distribution plan approved at the shareholders' meeting on May 18, 2026, is as follows: the Company will distribute a total of 207,163,900 shares, with a distribution rate of 1.60 RMB per share, amounting to a total distribution of 33,146,227 RMB. The remaining funds will be retained for business operations and will not be converted into capital or stock.
