3. Responsibility of the Certified Public Accountants
Our responsibility is to express a special review opinion on the summary table prepared by your company's management based on the implementation of the review work.

Our review was conducted in accordance with the Chinese Certified Public Accountant Practice Standards. These standards require us to plan and perform the review work to obtain reasonable assurance that there are no material misstatements in the information being reviewed.
