I. Director Resignation
Due to adjustments by the controlling shareholder of Saimo Intelligent Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") regarding relevant recommended personnel positions, Director Yin Shibao previously submitted an application to the Company. After the Company subsequently elects and appoints a new director, he will resign from his position as a director of the Company. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the Company. To ensure the stability and continuity of the Board of Directors' daily work, Mr. Yin Shibao will continue to perform his current duties until a new director is elected and appointed. Mr. Yin Shibao's original term was scheduled to end at the expiration of the term of the Fifth Board of Directors, starting from May 13, 2024. As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Yin Shibao does not hold any shares in the Company and has no commitments that should be fulfilled but have not been fulfilled.
