Shanghai Huaming Smart Terminal Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has compiled statistics on litigation and arbitration matters that occurred within the twelve months prior to the disclosure date involving the Company and its holding subsidiaries, in accordance with the "Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange" and other relevant regulations. The cumulative amount involved has reached the disclosure standard. The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of Accumulated Litigation and Arbitration Matters
In accordance with the "Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange" and other relevant regulations, the Company calculates litigation and arbitration matters on a cumulative basis over twelve months. Matters that have already been disclosed in accordance with relevant regulations are no longer included in the cumulative calculation. The Company previously disclosed the "Announcement on Accumulated Litigation and Arbitration Matters" on December 23, 2025, with announcement number: 2025-068.
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, excluding the previously disclosed litigation and arbitration matters, the total amount involved in new litigation and arbitration matters that have occurred within twelve months involving the Company and its holding subsidiaries is RMB 14,918.63 million, accounting for 10.64% of the Company's latest audited net assets. Among these, there are 6 litigation and arbitration matters where the Company and its holding subsidiaries are plaintiffs, with a total amount involved of RMB 2,984.22 million; there are 15 litigation and arbitration matters where the Company and its holding subsidiaries are defendants, with a total amount involved of RMB 11,934.41 million.
