Zhejiang Tanaka Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the written resignation report from Mr. Yu Wenbin, Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board. Due to personal reasons, Mr. Yu Wenbin has applied to resign from his positions as Deputy General Manager and Secretary of the Board of the Fifth Board of Directors. After his resignation, he will not hold any position in the Company.
