(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") published the "Pre-disclosure Announcement on the Share Reduction Plan by Shareholders Holding More Than 5%" (Announcement No. 2025-059) on October 31, 2025. It disclosed that its major shareholder, Shanghai Fosun Pharmaceutical Industry Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Fosun Pharmaceutical"), planned to reduce its holdings by no more than 6,978,729 shares, or 3% of the total share capital (after deducting 1,825,500 repurchased shares), within three months from 15 trading days after the pre-disclosure announcement (from November 24, 2025, to February 21, 2026) through centralized bidding and block trading.
