I. Basic Situation of the Company's Chief Financial Officer's Resignation
The Board of Directors of Wuxi Lead Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received a written resignation report from Ms. Guo Caixia, the Company's Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Guo Caixia has applied to resign from her position as the Company's Chief Financial Officer due to personal career planning. After her resignation, she will no longer hold any other positions in the Company. Her resignation will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. Ms. Guo Caixia has completed the financial handover work in accordance with the Company's relevant regulations. Her resignation as Chief Financial Officer will not affect the orderly progress of the Company's daily operations.
