After the filing with the China Securities Regulatory Commission and approval from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, the Company’s public issuance of 107,658,400 H shares (before the exercise of the over-allotment option) was listed and traded on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on February 11, 2026. Subsequently, the Company agreed to partially exercise the over-allotment option by the overall coordinator (for itself and on behalf of international underwriters) on March 8, 2026, issuing 400,000 H shares at HKD 45.80 per share. These shares were listed and traded on March 11, 2026. After the partial exercise of the over-allotment option, the total amount of the Company’s public issuance of H shares is 108,058,400 shares, and the total share capital has increased accordingly.
